
The MM method doesn't have the load order issue like above and can be used for eternity (has no issue with all SFVAE game updates, unlike PMM that can get broken by certain game updates), but to use the tool we gonna need the actual mod files (or what I call "loose files") that usually not every modders provide (90% of them only provide the pak files because it's the most popular way to distribute mods). Yes there is a solution by renaming the pak file, but the issue still happens randomly.Ģ. The ~mods folder method is very easy, we just need to copy the pak file into that folder, but it has the issue that random happened which I call it "load order issue". But each of those two methods have their own issues like:ġ. Lately there are already couple of times when the SFVAE game update broke PMM (because it relies on the "dlc.manifest" file to install mods), so people are forced (for temporarily or permanently) to use the other two install methods as described in here.

NOTE: MM is Mod Manager (by to make this thread so I can refer people to here each time they ask about how to unpack the pak file for getting the loose files so that the mod can be installed with MM.
